Tony's first foray into documentary filmmaking in 2005 was The Royal Academy which garnered two Emmys and is currently being broadcast on PBS.
A graduate of Ealing College of Art & Design in England, Tony was born and raised in London. Writing TV commercials for Chiat Day and J. Walter Thompson, he penned several award-winning campaigns before moving stateside to B.B.D.O. in San Francisco.

After quitting the ad biz for the music biz, Tony relocated to Tennessee, where he spent the next 14 years performing and recording in Nashville. During that time, he also cut a solo country album on Empire Records.

Following the success of The Royal Academy, Tony is now a full-time filmmaker and living in Minneapolis. His latest feature documentary is titled Mondo Bondo and explores the world of erotic bondage.

Tony was awarded the Media Arts Fellowship by the Tennessee Arts Commission in 2005.
